Reflection

Throughout this module, I think that have developed and enhanced several skills, including critical and creative thinking, understanding ethical issues, and effective communication in various settings and modes. In the first assignment, which involved researching precedent studies in the performing arts industry, I have gained a deeper understanding of ethical considerations within field of Performing art. In the second it have allowed me to improve my ability to identify and define problems for the story line and story board and gain some skill of problem-solving . Lastly, while working on the group proposal, I further honed my communication skills in diverse group situations. However, during the assignment process, I encountered challenges that highlighted areas needing improvement. Specifically, I struggled with understanding and interpreting assignment instructions, as well as effectively conveying my thoughts in writing. These difficulties resulted in spending a significant amount of time comprehending the task requirements and crafting coherent storylines and slide presentations for the precedent study. Overcoming these obstacles required seeking guidance from my tutor and consulting with peers to grasp the assignment's objectives.

Overall, I believe have acquired some valuable skills throughout this module, yet I remain aware of the need for continuous improvement. Enhancing my writing abilities and comprehension of assignments are areas that I recognize as vital for my personal development and success.

Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats

Strengths

Throughout this module, I have witnessed significant growth in my abilities related to problem-solving and content identification. This progress became particularly evident during assignments 1 and 2, where I demonstrated a commendable proficiency in identifying pertinent content for the precedent study and crafting captivating content for the storyboard. These experiences have undoubtedly contributed to the enhancement of my skill set in these areas.

Weaknesses
In addition to my strengths, I have also recognized that while I have made improvements in creating content and identifying problems, there is still room for further development in these areas. Furthermore, I have found it challenging to effectively describe and write a compelling description or storyline for a story or pattern. This difficulty often leads to a significant investment of time and effort on my part when attempting to create these content in Assignment 1 and 2

Opportunities

In this module, one of the opportunities I encountered within a group setting was during assignment 4. We were tasked with creating a proposal, which presented us with two options: either selecting a project that had already been completed or starting a completely new project from scratch.

This opportunity brought about a unique set of challenges and advantages. If we chooses a completed project meant we had existing resources, information, and potentially some groundwork to build upon. However, it also required thorough evaluation and analysis to ensure that the selected project aligned with our objectives and could be effectively implemented within the given constraints.

Threats

The biggest threats I encountered during this assignment were understanding the assignment requirements and creating a coherent storyline and proposal. Due to my relatively weaker English language proficiency, it took me a significant amount of time to fully comprehend and grasp the essence of the task at hand.

The challenge arose from my limitations in English language skills, which affected my ability to comprehend complex instructions and effectively interpret the assignment prompts. Consequently, I faced difficulties in developing a clear understanding of the expectations and objectives, which hampered my progress in formulating a suitable storyline and crafting a comprehensive proposal.
